Reservation Conditions of Alpen-Caravanpark Tennsee
We generally do not charge any reservation fees or require advance payments for the duration of your stay. This means that reserving a pitch does not incur any additional costs for you. Bookings and reservations are subject to official or operational restrictions and may be cancelled at any time without incurring any costs.
Booking Changes
We kindly ask you to inform us as early as possible about any changes to your booking dates or the number of pitches or apartments, so that we can make the necessary arrangements.
Cancellation Policy (Campsite)
Cancellation of the reserved pitch is free of charge up to one day before the start of your stay.
However, we kindly ask for your understanding that if you reserve a pitch and do not show up without prior notice or cancel on the day of arrival, we will charge a fee of €50.00 to cover the incurred costs and the lost rental opportunity.
(In case of no-show we will request a fee of €50.00)
Cancellation Policy (Apartments)
- Cancellations made up to 15 days before arrival are free of charge
- For cancellations made 14 to 2 days before arrival, 50% of the rental price will be charged (excluding tourist tax)
- For cancellations made one day before arrival or on the day of arrival, 100% of the rental price will be charged (excluding tourist tax)
No Show
However, we hope for your understanding that if you make a reservation and fail to show up without notifying us, or cancel on the day of arrival, we will charge a fee of €50.00 to cover the resulting costs and loss of rental opportunity. (In case of no show we will request a fee of Euro 50.00)

Please note that for online bookings, we reserve the right to cancel the booking at any time if verification reveals a violation of our terms and conditions.
In this regard, please note that we:
- Do not accept bookings from persons under the age of 18
- Do not accept bookings for youth groups or other group types
- Offer our apartments for a maximum of 2 people only
- Offer our holiday apartment for 2 adults and a maximum of 2 children up to 12 years old
- A maximum of 3 dogs are allowed on the campsite; one dog is allowed in apartment number 6.
If we find during the booking process that the size of your vehicle is not compatible with the reserved pitch and we have no suitable space available, we reserve the right to cancel the booking.
If we find that the type of vehicle does not match the designated area, we also reserve the right to reassign your pitch category or cancel the reservation.
