Come visit Campsite Tennsee and feel right at home. Nestled amidst picturesque alpine scenery, our campground offers the perfect mix of amenities to turn your caravan or motorhome into a five-star hotel! For starters, we route all the supply lines you’ll need right to your vehicle: Our compact utility posts consolidate all the essentials to ensure a comfortable stay. As you can see from the map, Alpen-Caravanpark Tennsee is set on spacious, semi-terraced grounds. We are flanked by a brook and “Tennsee” lake on two sides, with the hummocky meadows of the Buckelwiesen and its incomparable alpine flora rising up in the east. The B2 Garmisch-Partenkirchen-Mittenwald motorway is located approximately one-half km to the west. Close enough for convenience, even in winter, and yet far enough away for genuine peace and quiet! The "Tennsee" is a biotope.

Just to prevent any misunderstandings – the “Tennsee” is a natural biotope which will occasionally dry out depending on weather and precipitation. Even so, there are a number of magnificent mountain lakes ideal for swimming in the immediate vicinity.

Campground Opening Hours

Campground closed: from November 2, 2025 to December 12, 2025
Lunch break: 12:30 pm – 2:30 pm, entry is not possible during this time.
Arrival: possible until 6:00 pm; if arriving later, please contact us by phone before 6:00 pm at Tel. 08825 170.
Departure: between 8:00 am and 12:00 pm

Restaurant "beim Mini"

Closed days: Currently every Tuesday and Wednesday.
Opening hours: 11:00 am – 10:00 pm, year-round except from October 31 to December 18, 2025 (inclusive)
Hot meals: 12:00 pm – 2:30 pm and 6:00 pm – 9:00 pm
Cold dishes: All day, homemade cakes, ice cream, and snack menu
